Inni is Icelandic band Sigur Rós' second live film – following on from 2007’s Heima. Inni focuses on the band's performances and stands as a stark counterpoint to Heima's kaleidoscopic richness. Where Heima was lush and expansive, Inni is sparse and near-monochromatic.
Filmed in a manner that invites both intimacy and claustrophobia, Inni draws the viewer into a ‘one-on-one’ relationship with the band and depicts just how it feels for both band and fan to experience Sigur Rós live.
